Crunchy Feijoa and Pear Crumble

Aromatic and delicious crumble packed with omegas and proteins thanks to hemp hearts.

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup chopped cashews

  • ½ cup chopped almonds

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

  • ½ cup hemp hearts - Gifted

  • 1/3 cup millet

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp raw sugar

  • Big pinch of salt

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 6 medium pears

  • 2 cups of feijoas


  1. Preheat the oven to 180’C. Prepare the ingredients: chop almonds, walnuts, and cashews. Scoop out the feijoas, peel, and chop the pears.

  2. In a large bowl, place rolled oats, cashews, almonds, walnuts, hemp hearts, millet, ginger powder, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.

  3. In a bowl, mash the feijoas with a fork, add chopped pears and mix.

  4. In an oven dish, pour the fruits, and spread evenly. Cover with the oats and nuts mix, and press with your palm.

  5. Place in the oven and bake for 30 min.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve with maple syrup/ plant-based yogurt.

  7. Enjoy!
