Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola

Who doesn’t love homemade granola? This one is for all the peanut butter chocolate lovers, like me 😉 Enjoy!

🕘 30-35 minutes


  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp Fix and Fog dark choc peanut butter (you can substitute for more peanut butter and more choc chips)

  • ½ cup peanuts

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • Big pinch of salt

  • ½ cup choc chips/chopped dark chocolate add after baking


  1. Preheat the oven to 180’C.

  2. In a large bowl, place oats, peanut butter, chocolate peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and peanuts. Mix well with your hands.

  3. Place on a baking tray. Press well.

  4. Bake for 12 min, stir and press. Bake for 10 more minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15min.

  6. Stir in chocolate chips. Leave to cool for 1 hour.

  7. Store in an airtight jar.

  8. Enjoy it with yoghurt, fresh fruit, plant-based milk or anything you like 😊
