Summer Crumble

I have been craving this delicious crumble for a few days and thought it would be awesome to share this simple recipe with you. It’s super juicy, the crumble has an amazing crunchy texture and a beautiful nutty flavor. I’m sure you will love it.

🍽 Serves 3-4

🕘 40-45 minutes


  • 1 ½ cups sliced apples (2 green apples)

  • 1 cup sliced apricots (6 apricots)

  • 1 cup sliced nectarines (2 nectarines)

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 handful chopped almonds

  • 1 handful chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup @ceresorganics

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • Vanilla ice cream @sogoodnz


  1. Prepare all the ingredients: Slice apples, apricots, and nectarines. Preheat the oven to 180’C.

  2. To make the crumble: In a large bowl, combine oats, hemp hearts, almonds, walnuts, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt. Mix well until combined.

  3. In an oven dish, place apples, apricots, blueberries, nectarines. (If using different fruit, make sure you place the juiciest ones on top or, add ½ cup fruit juice.

  4. Top the fruits with your crumble mix and press.

  5. Bake for 30min.

  6. Serve with plant-based vanilla ice cream.

  7. Enjoy!
