From healing to becoming a Plant-Based Chef

Over a decade ago, at 25, I went through a health challenge that changed everything. After battling late-stage Lyme disease and the effects of intense treatment, I was left with chronic fatigue, food intolerances, and a weakened immune system. Struggling to find food that was both healing and satisfying, I began experimenting in my own kitchen. I wanted meals that were nourishing but also full of flavour and joy - not just healthy. 

That’s when everything shifted. I discovered how much I loved cooking, and how powerful food could be for supporting energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

What started as a personal journey quickly became a passion — and perhaps even more quickly, a career. Today, I’m a professional chef and recipe developer, blending my culinary experience with the principles of ancient wisdom and modern nutrition. I create simple, plant-based meals that support calm energy, steady digestion, and resilience in everyday life - dishes that are nourishing, practical, and full of flavour.
