Homemade Pickle Sauce for Burgers

Ingredients:
Homemade chunky pickle sauce:
½ cup vegan mayonnaise
1 Tbsp mustard
½ cup diced pickles/cornichons
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili sauce
For a burger:
Plant-based burger patties
Tomato (sliced)
Red onion (sliced)
Lettuce
1 Tbsp vegan butter
Instructions:
Prepare all the ingredients.
In a bowl, combine: mayo, mustard, pickles, onion powder and chili powder. Set aside.
Grill burger patties
Melt vegan butter and fry burger buns until golden. You can skip this part, but we love them warm and crunchy.
Assemble the burgers: burger bun, pickle sauce, lettuce, patty, tomato, red onion, more sauce, bread bun.
