I’m a plant-based chef, menu consultant, and recipe developer with a background in hospitality and a deep passion for vibrant, nourishing food. Blending culinary creativity with a strong foundation in nutrition, I help businesses bring thoughtful plant-based offerings to life, while inspiring others to enjoy food that truly supports wellbeing.

Green Kai began as a way to share my recipes more easily with regular customers and their friends around the world. What started as a simple recipe sharing platform has since evolved into a meaningful and creative venture focused on plant-based culinary innovation and professional collaborations.

My Food Philosophy
I prioritize organic, seasonal, whole foods, ideally sourced locally whenever possible. As a chef, I’m inspired by fresh, high-quality produce harvested at its peak. The natural freshness and vibrant textures of these ingredients bring vitality and depth to every dish, elevating the dining experience and nourishing both body and soul.


Cooking Background
I trained in professional kitchens in New Zealand, developing strong skills in New Zealand and British cuisines. To continually refine my craft, I’ve completed structured culinary courses and taken private cooking lessons with chefs across several countries. Having spent nearly a decade living in Spain, I enjoy creating dishes inspired by Spanish, Italian, and Mediterranean traditions. With a Polish heritage, I bring the flavors of borscht, pierogi, and other Eastern European specialties to my cooking. My time living in Vietnam and traveling across Asia included private lessons with local chefs, enriching my repertoire with authentic techniques. My culinary style blends influences from my heritage and diverse experiences to create unique, vibrant plant-based dishes.
One of my favorite aspects of the work is restructuring kitchens -setting up efficient stations and processes that enable teams to operate smoothly and effectively. I also enjoy training and mentoring kitchen staff, supporting their growth alongside the success of the business.

Alongside developing recipes for my community, restaurants, and cafés as part of my consulting work, I also cook at wellness and yoga retreats, bringing fresh, nourishing ideas to life. Drawing on my knowledge of holistic nutrition, I create meals that support wellbeing and balance. Having lived fully vegan for the past six years, I’m passionate about demonstrating that a plant-based lifestyle can be vibrant, satisfying, and accessible.
