PANTRY GUIDE

Please use this list as an inspiration whether you want to implement more plant-based meals into your diet, or switch to a fully plant-based diet. 

My staples - ingredients you will find in my pantry and kitchen:

Legumes (dry and/or canned): 

Whenever possible, I choose dry over canned.

Cooking big batches and freezing small portions is a great way to switch from canned to dry.

Some seasoning mixes may contain a lot of sodium and sugar, I recommend always checking the ingredients.
