Omg, you have to try this crumble! It’s so easy to make and so insanely delicious! Pear and blueberry go so well together and make a really juicy delicious crumble. It takes about 45 minutes to make. Make sure you save this recipe for later, it’s worth it I promise! 😊

Ingredients
Crumble:
1 cup of plain flour
½ cup of rolled oats
½ cup of brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup of cold vegan butter (I used Nuttelex)
Big pinch of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of lemon zest
1/3 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
Fruit filling:
3 ½ cups of chopped pears
3 ½ cups of frozen blueberries
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 cup of plain flour
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180’C.
Prepare the ingredients, chop the pears.
In a large bowl, place pears, blueberries, sugar, lemon juice flour, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Make the crumble: In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon. Incorporate cold butter in small quantities. Add lemon zest and chopped pecans.
Place the fruit in an oven dish and spread the crumble evenly using your fingers.
Place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes, until the crumble gets golden brown.
Let cool for about 15 minutes and serve topped with plant-based vanilla ice cream.
