Breakfast smoothie - This recipe is perfect for those that never find enough time in the morning to sit down & have breakfast.


 

🍽 Serves 2 🕘 5 minutes Difficulty: Beginner

 

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 Bananas - fresh or frozen

  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts

  • 4-5 brazil nut

  • 2 servings of your favourite protein powder (optional)

  • 2 1/2 cups of plant milk


 

Instructions:


  1. Prepare the ingredients. Peel the bananas

  2. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth

  3. Serve chilled in a tumbler & enjoy!
