Start your day off right with this creamy and delicious Breakfast Vanilla Oatmeal Smoothie! Packed with protein and flavor, it's the perfect way to fuel up before a productive day. Plus, it's quick and easy to make - just blend and go!


🍽 Serves 2 🕘 5 minutes Difficulty: Beginner



  • 2 cups plant milk, I used @sogoodanz high protein almond milk

  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 banana or 1 avocado, I used frozen banana

  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Big pinch of salt

  • 2-3 dates (optional if protein powder is unsweetened and the banana isn’t ripe)

  • 2 servings of protein powder of your choice

  • More water/ plant milk if needed to adjust the consistency to your preference.



  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender, starting with the plant milk.

  2. Add in the banana or avocado, rolled oats, almond butter, vanilla extract, salt, and protein powder.

  3. Blend until smooth, adding more water or plant milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses or tumblers and serve immediately.
