Cherry Vanilla Caramel Chia Pudding

Is this a dream? I think so! Such a delicious combination of flavor.

🍽 Serves 2

🕘 5 minutes + 1h

Serves 2, but I eat it all by myself 😋


Chia pudding:

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk

  • 2 heaped Tbsp coconut yoghurt (I used Greek style @raglanfoodco )

  • Dash of maple syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt



  1. To make the pudding: Place all the ingredients in a jar, shake very well and refrigerate for at least 1h.

  2. To make the caramel: Place dates and hot water in food processor/blender. Soak for 10min. Blend until smooth.

  3. Place pudding into a bowl, top with compote, caramel, almonds and cinnamon.

  4. Enjoy! 😁
