Creamy Mango Smoothie


Coconut based deliciousness. It's tropical, creamy and so easy to prepare. Here is how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk @vitasoy_aus_nz

Toppings:

  • chopped mango

  • hemp hearts


Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Garnish with chopped mango and hemp hearts.

  4. Enjoy!
