Homemade aromatic granola can make any Monday morning worth getting out of bed. Making your own granola is almost therapeutic and it makes the house smell so cozy 🥰

Ingredients
1 cup almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp cardamom powder
3 cups rolled oats
½ cup almond flour (optional)
½ tsp salt
½ cup almond butter
½ Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
½ cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160’C. Rinse pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. Chop rosemary.
In a bowl, place wet almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds – add cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, place rolled oats, almond flour, salt, almond butter, chopped rosemary, maple syrup and vanilla essence. Combine the ingredients with your hand or using a fork.
Add rolled oats to the bowl with seeds and nuts and mix roughly.
Place granola on a baking sheet, spread and press well.
Bake for 15 minutes, stir and press again. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Place in a jar or an airtight container. Enjoy!
