Crunchy and Aromatic Granola

Homemade aromatic granola can make any Monday morning worth getting out of bed. Making your own granola is almost therapeutic and it makes the house smell so cozy 🥰

🕘 40-45 minutes


  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon powder

  • ½ tsp ginger powder

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond flour (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ½ Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

  • ½ cup maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla essence


  1. Preheat the oven to 160’C. Rinse pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. Chop rosemary.

  2. In a bowl, place wet almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds – add cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. Mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, place rolled oats, almond flour, salt, almond butter, chopped rosemary, maple syrup and vanilla essence. Combine the ingredients with your hand or using a fork.

  4. Add rolled oats to the bowl with seeds and nuts and mix roughly.

  5. Place granola on a baking sheet, spread and press well.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, stir and press again. Bake for another 15 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

  8. Place in a jar or an airtight container. Enjoy!
