Made with juicy oranges, antioxidant-rich blueberries, and superfoods like hemp and chia seeds, this 10-minute blend is as simple as it is delicious. Naturally sweet, energizing, and beginner-friendly!

Ingredients:


  • 2 oranges

  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 ½ cups cold water

  • Feel free to add sweetener of your choice



Instructions:


  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
