Ingredients:
2 oranges
1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 ½ cups cold water
Feel free to add sweetener of your choice
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
