This one is for all the avocado toast lovers like me. No more having to sprinkle your toast with all those seeds and herbs individually. I came up with an awesome shortcut. 💚
🕘 20-30 minutes
Ingredients
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds @realfooddirect
1/3 cup sunflower seeds @realfooddirect
½ cup sesame @realfooddirect
½ cup black sesame @realfooddirect
1/3 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup hemp seeds @hemp.nz
1/3 cup poppy seeds @realfooddirect
1 tsp garlic herb salt (I used Mrs Rogers)
Instructions
Heat a large frying pan on medium heat.
Dry roast all the seeds separately and place them onto a wide tray or oven dish to let them cool down.
Add more garlic herb salt if desired.
Store in an airtight container or a jar for up to 3 months.
