Vegan Bounty Chia Pudding


If I had to choose one thing that I miss from my pre-vegan lifestyle, it would be Bounty chocolate bar. Though, I think it would be way too sweet now that I don’t eat much sugar at all. Here is my favorite Bounty replacement, a healthy, nutritious and so delicious chia pudding!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 Tbsp organic shredded coconut

  • ¾ cup coconut milk

  • 20g dark chocolate for the topping (I used @whittakersnz )

  • ½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) @ceresorganics

  • Pinch of salt



Instructions

  1. In a jar, mix all the ingredients except the chocolate and set aside.

  2. Melt the chocolate.

  3. Pour the chocolate on the top and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  4. Enjoy! 💚
