Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

Classic comfort made vegan - this easy spaghetti bolognese packs all the rich, savory flavors you crave without the hassle. With a hearty vegan mince sauce simmered to perfection and simple, wholesome ingredients, it’s the kind of meal that feels like a warm hug on a plate. Perfect for weeknights or whenever you need a delicious pick-me-up.


🍽 Serves 3-4 🕘 30-35 minutes Difficulty: Beginner


Ingredients:


  • 300g vegan mince

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 medium onion (diced)

  • 3 garlic cloves (diced)

  • 1 cup passata

  • 1 can of diced tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp oregano

  • 1 tsp raw sugar

  • 1 cup veg stock

  • Salt, pepper.

  • Organic or wholemeal spaghetti pasta



Instructions:


  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions. Don't rinse your pasta.

  2. In a frying pan heat olive oil at medium heat, add onion and garlic. Fry until golden.

  3. Add vegan mince, mix all until combined and fry for approx. 5min.

  4. Add oregano, raw sugar, passata and diced tomatoes. Mix well and simmer for 10-15 min. The longer the better.

  5. Serve with vegan cheese and fresh basil.

  6. Enjoy! You deserve it.
