How to make Vegan Butter

My Viral Vegan Butter - This is the homemade vegan butter recipe I created - and it went viral! It reached millions, was tested by hundreds (if not thousands!), and the feedback was overwhelming: everyone loved it. Creamy, spreadable, and made in just 5 minutes with simple ingredients, it’s the ultimate dairy-free staple. Easy to make, hard to believe it’s not butter!
🍽 Makes one block 🕘 5-10 minutes Difficulty: Beginner
Ingredients:
1 cup refined coconut oil
¼ cup olive oil/avocado oil
½ cup plant-based milk (at room temperature)
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
A small pinch of ground turmeric for color (optional)
Instructions:
Melt coconut oil and let cool down to room temperature.
Place all the ingredients in the blender/tall jar and blend until well combined – see the video.
Place baking paper into a small container so the butter doesn’t stick to the container and pour in the mix.
Place in the fridge for 1+ hours to set.
Flip the container to place the butter onto a plate.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
