How to make Vegan Parmesan

This recipe could not be easier and it’s such a game changer for all pasta dishes, but not only. Sprinkle your roasted veggies with this vegan parmesan and tell me you don’t love it. Yum! 👌


  • 1 cup raw Brazil nut

  • 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast @realfooddirect

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until it almost reaches a sand-like texture. This should take less than 1 minute.

  2. Store in a jar or an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 weeks.

  3. Enjoy! 💚
