Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

If you love the classic peanut butter and jelly combo, this smoothie is a must-try. Creamy, fruity, a little salty-sweet - it’s like a childhood favorite in a glass. So easy, so satisfying, and perfect for an easy pick me up snack.
🍽 Serves 2 🕘 5 minutes Difficulty: Beginner
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
3 dates
2 Tbsp hemp hearts/seeds
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups cold plant-based milk (I use unsweetened almond coconut milk in this recipe)
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Spread some peanut butter on the glass and pour the smoothie.
