These no-bake peanut butter bars are super easy to make, naturally sweet, and packed with protein and crunchy goodness. With nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and a rich layer of dark chocolate, they’re the perfect snack to keep you energized - and yes, they’re as delicious as they sound!
🍽 Serves 5-6 🕘 20 minutes Difficulty: Beginner
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups peanut butter
½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup dates
½ cup cranberries
½ cup cashews
½ cup hemp seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
½ tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup dark chocolate (approx. 100g)
¼ cup date syrup (optional)
½ cup chopped peanuts
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients - chop peanuts, almonds, cashews, dates, and cranberries.
In a food processor, place almonds, dates, cranberries, cashews, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and vanilla essence.
Blend until well combined.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over a baking tray. I like to use baking paper and a glass to even it up. Place in the fridge for the time being.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour date syrup and spread evenly over the peanut butter layer.
Pour 2/3 of melted dark chocolate and spread.
Spread chopped peanuts, and salt and pour the remaining chocolate on top.
Place in the fridge for a few hours to let it set.
Enjoy!
