I’m guilty of skipping breakfast, and one thing that works for me is to prepare something delicious the night before. There is no way I’m going to forget to have my breakfast if there is a jar of these oats waiting in the fridge. 😍
🍽 Serves 1
🕘 5-10 minutes
Ingredients
½ cup quick oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped Tbsp peanut butter I used crunchy
1 Tbsp maple syrup @ceresorganics
½ cup plant-based milk
½ handful of peanuts
Approx. 30g melted dark chocolate I used @Whittakersnz
1 Tbsp caramel sauce I used @naturescharm
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Melt the chocolate
In a jar, place oats, chia seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup, peanut butter. Stir well until combined.
Add caramel sauce and half of the melted chocolate. Top with peanuts and more melted chocolate. Sprinkle with salt.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
