The Best Roasted Potatoes Ever!

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with fragrant rosemary and garlic - these roasted potatoes are absolutely unbeatable! No need to parboil, just toss, bake, and enjoy the ultimate crowd-pleaser that pairs perfectly with any meal.


🍽 Serves 3-4 🕘 1h Difficulty: Beginner


Ingredients:


  • 1 kg gold or red potatoes, scrubbed clean

  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp rosemary (if fresh, chopped)

  • 1 Tbsp parsley (if fresh, chopped)



Instructions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 200’C

  2. Scrub the potatoes, cut them in halves or quarters if large

  3. In a large bowl, place: potatoes, add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, rosemary. Mix well until all the potatoes are coated with oil, herbs, and spices.

  4. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the potatoes. Make sure they don’t touch each other.

  5. Bake for 40-45 min or until golden and crispy. Stir halfway through so they bake evenly.

  6. Season with freshly cracked pepper. Top with fresh parsley.

  7. Enjoy!
