The Best Roasted Potatoes Ever

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with fragrant rosemary and garlic - these roasted potatoes are absolutely unbeatable! No need to parboil, just toss, bake, and enjoy the ultimate crowd-pleaser that pairs perfectly with any meal.
🍽 Serves 3-4 🕘 1h Difficulty: Beginner
Ingredients:
1 kg gold or red potatoes, scrubbed clean
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp rosemary (if fresh, chopped)
1 Tbsp parsley (if fresh, chopped)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200’C
Scrub the potatoes, cut them in halves or quarters if large
In a large bowl, place: potatoes, add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, rosemary. Mix well until all the potatoes are coated with oil, herbs, and spices.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the potatoes. Make sure they don’t touch each other.
Bake for 40-45 min or until golden and crispy. Stir halfway through so they bake evenly.
Season with freshly cracked pepper. Top with fresh parsley.
