Vegan Banana Bread Bites


Omg, these are so delicious! If you love banana bread, you are gonna be obsessed with these banana choc chips bites.

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas

  • 1 ½ cup coconut flour @realfooddirect

  • ½ cup apple sauce

  • ½ cup melted vegan butter

  • 1/3 cup raw sugar

  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts @hemp.nz

  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds

  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180’C.

  2. In a large bowl, peel, and mash bananas until smooth and whisk in apple sauce, melted vegan butter, raw sugar and vanilla essence.

  3. Using a strainer/sifter, sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until combined.

  4. Add chocolate chips and mix until combined.

  5. Shape balls and press them onto a baking tray. Bake for 15 min. Let them cool down for a few minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
