How to make Oat Milk

It is so easy to make your own oat milk and let me show you how it's done.

🍽 Makes 1 liter 🕘 5 -10 minutes Difficulty: Beginner

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of rolled oats

• 4 ½ cups ice-cold water

• Big pinch of salt

---

Instructions:

1. Place oats, water and salt in a blender and blend at high speed for 30 sec.

2. Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag. Don’t squeeze it too much, otherwise, the milk will get slimy.

3. Transfer the milk onto an airtight container/ bottle and store it in the fridge and use it within 5 days.
