How to make Vegan Mayo

Have you ever tried making your own mayonnaise?

It's easier than you might think! Here is how I make my thick, creamy and flavorful plant-based mayo

🕘 10 minutes


  • 1/2 cup room temperature plant-based milk

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 Tbsp mustard

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup of oil (I use a mix of rice bran, hemp and olive oil)


  1. Pour plant-based milk, apple cider vinegar, mustard and salt into a tall glass/container

  2. Mix well

  3. Add oil of your choice and let it set for a few minutes

  4. Using a stick blender, blend all the ingredients together starting at the bottom and making your way to the top. This should take about 3-4 minutes

  5. Your mayo is ready, move it to a jar and store in the refrigerator.

  6. Enjoy! 😊
