There is something so comforting about tiramisu, don’t you think? This vegan tiramisu is creamy, dreamy, and so easy to make. With layers of coffee-soaked biscuits and a silky tofu-yoghurt vanilla cream, it’s the perfect no-bake dessert. Finished with a dusting of cacao and optional chocolate shavings

🍽 Serves 4 🕘 10-15 minutes Difficulty: Beginner

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of silken tofu

  • ½ cup of coconut yoghurt

  • ¼ cup of cashew butter

  • 2 Tbsp caster sugar (or another sweetener)

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla essence

  • 1 cup of coffee (I used Inka Coffee substitute instead of regular coffee)

  • 250g of biscuits

  • 1 Tbsp organic cacao powder

  • 2 pieces of chocolate, grated

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Brew your favorite coffee.

  2. In a food processor, place: silken tofu, coconut yoghurt, cashew butter, caster sugar, and vanilla essence. Blend until very smooth and creamy.

  3. Assemble the tiramisu, in a glass container/dish place a layer of biscuits on the bottom and pour coffee over the biscuits.

  4. Spread 1/3 of the vanilla cream. Place a layer of soaked in coffee biscuits. Cover evenly with 1/3 of the vanilla cream. Place one more layer of soaked biscuits and cover with one more layer of vanilla cream.

  5. Top with cacao powder and some grated chocolate (optional).

  6. Place in the fridge to let it set for 2+ hours.

  7. Enjoy!
