Vegan Choc Chip Banana Pancakes

Fluffy, chocolatey, and naturally sweet - these Vegan Choc Chip Banana Pancakes are everything you want in a cozy breakfast. Packed with wholesome ingredients and melty dark chocolate, they’re easy to make and perfect for slow mornings or weekend treats.


🍽  Serves 3-4 🕘 15-20 minutes Difficulty: Beginner


Ingredients:


  • 3 bananas

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 2 cups plant-based milk

  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds

  • ¼ cup hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate

  • Big pinch of salt

  • ½ tsp of oil to fry

  • Maple syrup to serve



Instructions:


  1. In a food processor, place rolled oats, ripe bananas, ground flax seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, plant-based milk, and salt. Blend all until smooth.

  2. Add chopped dark chocolate/ chocolate chips and stir until combined. Let it set for at least 5 min.

  3. Heat a medium frying pan and spread some oil (optional).

  4. Pour one ladle of the pancake mix onto the center and fry for 2-3 min. Flip and fry for another 2-3 min.

  5. Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or jam

  6. Enjoy!
